What a move actually costs

One credit equals KES 1. A package costs 200 credits and covers three distinct houses. The success fee is 10% of monthly rent, floored at Ksh 1,000 and capped at Ksh 5,000, and the outgoing tenant is paid 30% of the amount actually collected. Confirming a move applies the package once and closes its unused contacts.
